ফাইজাখাঁতুন তোহফাদার (বহুমুখি) মহিলা দাখিল মাদ্রাসার নির্ধারিত সেবামূলক ( Services) কর্মসূচী ।
১) বাংলাদেশ ইসলামিক শিক্ষা বোর্ডের সিলেবাস অনুযায়ী শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে প্রতিযোগিতা মূলক উন্নত ও গুণগত মানের শিক্ষার সাথে সাথে নৈতিকতা ও কারিগরি শিক্ষা লাভের সুযোগ প্রদানে আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ব ।
২) প্রতিদিন ক্লাস আরম্ভের পূর্বে সকল শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্ধারিত (Blue) ইউনিফর্মে মাদ্রাসা প্রাংগনে নিয়মিত (PT- Training) ফিজিকেল প্রশিক্ষণ দেয়া হয় ।
৩) সকল গরিব শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে বিনা মুল্যে শিক্ষা ও ইউনিফর্ম সহ উপবৃত্তি প্রদান করা হয় ।
৪) শিক্ষার্থীদের বাৎসরিক ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতা ও পুরস্কার বিতরনের আয়োজন নিয়মিত করা হয় ।
৫) বাৎসরিক ও সকল মূল্যায়ন পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশের দিন অভিভাবক সমাবেশের আয়োজন করা হয় ।
৬) গ্রীষ্মের ছুটিকালিন সময়ে শিক্ষার্থীদের বাংলাদেশের ঐতিহাসিক স্তান পরিদর্শনে নিয়ে যাওয়ার ব্যবস্তা করা হয় ।
৭। প্রতি বৎসর রমজান মাসব্যাপী প্রশিক্ষন প্রাপ্ত কারী নিয়োগের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষকসহ সকল শিক্ষার্থীদের কোরআন প্রশিক্ষনের ব্যবস্তা করা হয় ।
৮) প্রতি বৎসর সকল শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে যথাসময়ে এইচপিভি টিকা (HPV Vaccination) প্রদানের ব্যবস্তা করা হয় ।

- We are committed to provide students with the opportunity to receive competitive advanced and quality education as well as moral and technical education according to the syllabus of Bangladesh Islamic Education Board.
- Before the start of classes every day, all students are given regular (PT) physical training at the Madrasa Campus dressed with (Blue) uniform of the institution.
- All poor students are provided education, uniform free of charges along with Stipend.
- Annual sports competitions and prize distribution to students are organized on a regular basis.
- Parents’ meetings are organized on the day of the publication of the results of the annual and all evaluation tests.
- During the summer vacation, students are arranged to visit the historical places of Bangladesh.
- All students, including teachers, are provided with Quranic training through the appointment of Qaris during the month of Ramadan every year.
- The HPV vaccine is administered to all students every year.
